Balanced Arts specializes in wellness education.

We use proven, time-tested, and scientifically backed exercises and activities like Tai Chi, Meditation, and Mindfulness to help center and bring balance to the way one functions and feels.

We create self-care programming and plans for emotional healing, stress management, and overall personal development.

Our programs retrain the brain and align the mind and body for better behavioral control and optimal personal performance.

WORKSHOP & CLASS DETAILS

TAI CHI FOR MENTAL HEALTH

In this workshop series, students learn Tai Chi’s four core mental health benefits: calming, grounding, letting go, and creating. Tai Chi’s gentle, low impact mind and body exercises incorporate graceful, relaxing movements that help generate physical and mental balance. Our workbook is required with this workshop.

MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT

In this workshop students learn the basics of mindfulness and guided meditation. They practice breathing techniques and learn to manage stress and develop clarity and focus even under pressure.

ONGOING CLASSES

"Balanced Arts Academy" ongoing classes are held in person AND ONLINE! They teach a blend of Tai Chi, Meditation, Chi Gong, Yoga, and Kung fu/Self-defense on a weekly basis. Classes review and reiterate new thinking, understandings, and problem-solving perspectives learned in other Balanced Arts workshops and boot camps. Ongoing classes help students to incorporate “the balanced way” into everyday life.

SELF-DEFENSE FOR FITNESS & HEALING

In this boot camp program, students get into shape through boxing and martial arts activities while examining and overcoming internal challenges and conflicts. Each session encourages introspection and develops better communication techniques for enhanced self-regulation, awareness, and mental resilience. 

A CUSTOM FIT

We create group workshops and classes that fit your client and team's immediate needs, and walk you through prescribed activities and exercises for ongoing improvement!
